Is there really a free plan forever?
Yes. Our profit calculator is 100% free forever, no login required. The free account gives you basic profit tracking for 1 marketplace with up to 100 orders/month — enough to get started and see the value.
Do you charge based on order volume?
Each plan has an order limit, but we never block access. If you exceed your limit, we notify you and recommend an upgrade. We never charge surprise overage fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans get a pro-rata refund within 30 days.
How does the 14-day trial work?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required upfront. If you love it, add payment. If not, your account automatically downgrades to Free — no data is lost.
Is my CA access really free?
Yes, forever. CAs can be invited by their seller clients and get full access to view data, download reports, and manage GST/Tally exports. We believe accountants should have the tools they need without extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking — all through Razorpay. For annual plans, we also support bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Annual plans get 2 months free (16% discount). We also offer special pricing for sellers under ₹50 Lakh annual turnover — contact us at hello@sellerbooks.in.
Is my data secure?
We use AES-256 encryption for OAuth tokens, TLS 1.3 for all connections, and row-level multi-tenant isolation. We never store marketplace passwords — only revocable OAuth tokens. See our Security page for full details.
